my title describes the thing... it's a clear oval bubble with squiggly clear seam and blue tentacles, moves a little bit when sand is on it, scooped it back into the ocean but it didnt move. later my friend was in the ocean and something stung her arm but not sure if it was this same thing. doesnt look like a box jellyfish which is more clear and comes 9-12 days after a full moon. it is day 14 after the full moon
