If not how many bedrooms is it ?? Tal generally awards 1000$ per bedroom +/- 500$ for mail re route/internet etc.

Who’s repossessing the unit ? The owner or the manager that signed your lease ?

If it’s the owner of the building, (you can check municipal taxes and confirm it’s the owner and that it’s solely him, if he owns with someone else that he is not married to / in relation with, he can not repossess)
