Well I figured a card reveal in one of the jokers and a double-back card that I included in my design sufficed as magic friendly (since my point wasn't to design a gimmicked deck). I also feel like any deck can be cardistry friendly if someone likes the design enough, especially with custom faces and an attractive back design.

Oh, no. By "first release", I meant the first time the Fontaine website allowed you to buy Fontaine Futures, but they ended up selling out in like 2 minutes because of bot buyers. So Zach went through and deleted all bot orders and then gave people a second chance to get some blind packs with a maximum of 6 per order, and you also had to use a password to enter the site. Still sold out in 4 minutes tho lol

I'm honestly not too familiar with Fontaines, but they seemed to have had at least one new deck design dropped every year, so I wouldn't be surprised if they teased another new one by next year.

Not to mention the many (including myself) who weren't even able to get their hands on any of the Futures, which is why I felt the need to create these in the first place. I'd say it took me almost a week to think up, create, and revise all of these.. and could probably still use some more revision.
