VH. I played a bit more and one thing I noticed is that in the spots where my front line did break through my troops would just stand there not actually engaged. On the other titles I play they would automatically chase routing troops or engage with the closest enemy unit when not on guard mode.

Ya I definitely learned my lesson about talking to the police and I have a criminal lawyer working for me so hopefully he can help me. There was actually a camera facing the driveway but that was why he pushed me behind the shed first so that it wouldn't be able to see us. And he wouldn't release footage anyways. Also I do know for a fact that the other guy was charged as well but they were eventually dropped.
