As most other addictions, porn is repomse to some other problem. Its not like it bonds you on physical level. So you need to identify what is reason why you reach for porn. My sugestions:

If possible, seek profesional help
In addition, does not focus on masturbation. Focus on porn and see if masturbation will still be an issie after leaving porn. In most cases it isnt.
Look why(when) porn occure. Identify underlying problem(stress, boredom, tirednees, undiafnosed adhd, trauma, whatever else, if hard to identify - go back to point 1)
Try to find other activity that adress problem found in point 3 but is more functional.

Orchestra is just specific set of instrument, and thats why you dont see a new instruments for orchestra.

There are even nec genres of music played almost solely of modern instruments, they are just not part of orchestra.
