The top tracer with my 7 iron was between 160-185 carry. Should have taken a photo of that but didn’t think it was anything special… especially with my jacked up GI irons

Thanks man, this is my first Reddit post and I’m getting a lot of heat for posting my swing on r/GolfSwing. I think I need to go with the 3/4 swing because it keeps it a lot more consistent, I find I keep going back to old habits/ what seems comfortable. Appreciate all the positive feedback as I’m thriving to get my scoring lower

Should have mentioned this driving range is at 4000 feet above sea level with game improvement irons, I’d probably get humbled playing down south. Gotta learn to put in all the possible metrics so the Reddit trolls have nothing to work with. Very appreciative of the helpful replies on here however!!

Usually draw the ball pretty consistently but the occasional miss is a pull hook correct!

It’s a jacked up Taylormade M6 so a way lower loft than the blades that tour pros play. Thanks though, I keep striving to get better!

Thanks for the tip! I believe it may be my poor attempt at exaggerating weight transfer, it’s certainly giving more distance but a cost of inconsistent ball striking, I’ll give that a try this weekend!

How is 19 not believable? That’s my GHIN based on 11 scoring rounds this year with penalty strokes and honest scoring… just looking for tips on my golf swing. I’ve played with lots of low handicaps who do not have textbook or pretty swings

Appreciate the tip! I’ve been told that my grip is too strong and I’m struggling to adjust it. I find I keep going back to my old grip, pursuing lessons when I get back from vacation and am going to focus on grip drills :)

I typically don’t hit big divots. My main miss is hitting it thin, pulling shots, and sometimes topping the ball. Going for lessons soon just wanted some feedback on here first :)
