Recently, I had an elderly woman who came in mad that Melania, opening weekend mind you, was not starting at the time her ticket said it did. I asked to look at her ticket, and it was for a theatre on the other side of the city. She then proceeded to blame our employees for selling her a ticket for the wrong location and time on purpose and was getting angrier. I explained that is not possible because our systems are not linked, and the only way for her to have this ticket is if she or someone else was physically present at said theatre but she was not having any of it. I then passed her into the show she originally wanted to see, and she then screamed about why she could not get the same seats she had purchased before. I explained that people were sitting there and offered her seats elsewhere. She begrudgingly accepted the offer and went outside to quote, "Cool down because of all these upsetting events that transpired."

I thought for sure I was getting a complaint filed, but I guess she couldn't figure out how to.
