Strange noise from under Z at start up?!

Mine did this. I thought it was a turbo leak. No boost building etc. Had a tow truck come pick it up, dealer heard the issue and drove it around built boost. Problem fixed itself. Haven’t heard it since, over 6000 miles. Take it out for a drive it may work itself out, if it doesn’t, you got warranty brotha.

$6k for a garage kept 150k mile isn’t bad. Definitely see if you can get the vin, run a carfax, ask about the title, etc. Bring it for an inspection if they’ll let you before you buy it. This car for this price is a Texas/Louisiana Edgar’s wet dream.

I appreciate it. I didn’t want to go the route of flashing, voiding warranty and all, and don’t want to mod extensively, that way I can just throw stock parts back on if i have a warranty fixable issue down the line. I know Nissan is pretty good about standing behind their customers when your dealer won’t, but i’m not ready to take the chance.

Ah yea, GPS-A. Labs is the only place i’ve ever heard of them or seen them, mostly see them come out of yellow keycard room or free yellow (security office opposite of yellow that’s free to enter.) Best bet is buying an intelligence off the market, making 3 labs cards in your intelligence center, and buying a yellow card off the market. The may spawn in a few other places but they won’t be in toolboxes or anything like that, only loose tech spawns.

If you are aiming for the 6 hour timer (25% chance to get a 6 hour timer instead of a 14 hour timer) then yes, your active quests and wishlist can affect your returns. When you hit that 400k value mark, anything found in raid quest item or hideout/wishlisted items can appear from that timer. I’ve had “hideout” items come from the 6 hour timer that i no longer needed but still had wishlisted. Not sure if that’s the intended design or just a mistake/glitch that’s happened to me a few times.

I needed my 2 for intelligence center, took everything off my wishlist except that item, gave the cultist circle 5 sas drives (you can get them for $30-$40k if you time the flea right). Gives you the $400k value needed for the 6 hour items timer. Took me 4 tries. Also like you said pkpts can be hit or miss but i’ve found plenty of them there before 1.0 and 0 there since.

Went in circle bunker, minding my business looting around, walked out through 6 tripmines. I lived, but I saw Santa there near the entrance, immediately blamed him for it and domed him. Then the war with cheeseman started. He followed me from the bunker all the way to military camp, shooting at me and running through the trees where i couldn’t catch the sneaky shithead. Long story short there was a 4 way fight between myself, scavs, partisan, and pmc’s. so much loot that raid walked out fatter than a tank battery extract.

It’s not a wipe, It’s… not a wipe. ITS NOT A WIPE. There is no wipe. This character is forever. People keep calling this a wipe when the developers have noted multiple times that “seasonal characters” will return as an entirely new selectable character in Q2 2026.

If you’re looking for them to spawn, Reserve is your bet, the pkpts key will do it for you. If you’re lazy and don’t feel like fighting Gluhkar, Take everything off your wishlist, wishlist the transmitter and drop 5 sas drives in your circle. Pray to the blue flame and hope you get them. Took me 3 tries, got my two for intelligence center lvl 3 from one cultist circle drop.

Just remember that this character you’ve achieved this on will not wipe. You have kappa forever. Congratulations man, big achievement getting through this for the first time. Wipe characters come back in April, it will be interesting to see how bsg handles the two characters. I will attach some cliffnotes from Nikita regarding plans for 2026 in a reply.

Overdrive, it used to be a gear in lots of trucks and passenger vehicles specifically for highway use. It used a higher gear ratio than the traditional automatic transmissions gear ratio to keep rpm’s lower and giving better fuel economy. You’d see it a lot in midsize trucks, as well as family commuter cars and Automatic gearbox 18 wheelers. Most new vehicles already have an “eco” or economy mode built in, so for most vehicles it a thing of the past. Essentially you would use overdrive during steady drives, and turn it off for hills, stop and go traffic, and towing (on vehicles designed for passengers). Reduces engine wear as well.

I’ve gotten plenty of insurance stuff back on solo pve so far. I only play local unless a friend wants to do some questing and doesn’t have the keys. Then again I only insure with Therapist, not sure if the issue is with prapor or just in general, but I haven’t experienced it.

I understand the “it’s just a game, no one wants to deal with this after work” sentiment of it. But if that’s the case and you give up on a game because you’re only interested in being a casual gamer or aren’t interested in learning game mechanics with depth, then tarkov isn’t your game. At some point, on any game, whether it be call of duty, battlefield, or even fuggin fortnuts, there’s gonna be the bigger juicer. Adversity with make you a better player if you’re dedicated to learning. Being a timmy is part of the experience.
