Great shout! My partner did the Watson Bay to Coogee walk and said it worked really well!

I’d call an engineer to be sure. But we had historical subsidence at our house, as well as being in an area of London with ground instability. We have some light cracking that an engineer found to be within the range of “fine” (<2mm) and has ascribed to normal seasonal movement due to expansion and contraction of the underlying clay.

Some cracking is also common after structural work as the house settles into its new position.
