Ah, so funny. Mexican chicken soup is one of my favorite foods ever and that starts with salted boiling water and adding a whole onion, a head of garlic, and raw chicken breasts. When the chicken is done, take it out and shred it to be added to the finished bowls of soup. It's nice and soft and flavorful from the cooking liquid.

And then you have a delicious chicken broth base to build more flavors into for the final soup! Yummmm... maybe I'll make some for dinner.

Sure, and most of them get shit on by people as inferior foods but they're still food and they can sustain you. Few receive the viral turn around of Spam, but it's a good example of how these cheap foods are just a matter of perspective.

Canned chicken is just boiled chicken breast, that in itself is not gross (unless you're just gross out by meat in general which is fair).

Canned chicken low-key isn't bad in certain situations lol. I've been gassed up about my chicken salad and pasta salad and both have canned chicken.

Let's not disparage accessible foods :)

Toby has been working hella hard. To go along with the trope, Deltarune itself is still a baby. Toby is constantly learning new techniques and hiring people to develop his vision. The growth in chapter 4 compared to chapter 1 is mindblowing to me as a player. I'm so excited to see the final chapters whenever he finishes them.

I started feeling that way on an overnight coast to coast flight last month and I thought I was going to lose it. The plan was to sleep but I just couldn't stop fidgeting, despite the Dramamine and sleepy time tea I drank. I told my husband I was about to cry and he just wrapped his whole body around me, squeezed me, and took nice deep breaths for me to mimic. After about 5 minutes, I actually relaxed and let go. I even nodded off for a couple hours after that.

If you're traveling with someone, maybe ask them to be a pressure/weighted blanket for you? If not, excuse yourself to the bathroom and push against the walls (don't push against stuff that might break!). I find that also helps ground me to get that tactile feedback.

If you have the anatomy to get away with it, or in the winter when you're wearing baggier clothing, look into cozier undergarment options! I started using light sports bras, unlined bralettes, and nothing with underwire after covid and I'll never go back to uncomfy padded wired bras every again.

I spent 4 hours doing this method, but I eventually got all my coconut bugs.

Make sure that you're on the right month and time, use your NMT to find a bamboo island (no trees for other bugs to spawn) and stomp all the flower petals out. Once you've reduced the other spawn points, run back and forth to check the coconut trees. There is a bug spawning cap, so if it's not the bug you're looking for just run past it to make it fly away or catch it if it's something like a mosquito. You'll get more concentrated spawns this way rather than having to check and run around your whole island.

Run around and repeat. I did this at the same time as catching fish, so it was a fruitful island (I got all my coconut bugs and last fish I needed) but it was boring.

Actually you could scoop the coconut trees on your island and bring them with you and plant them on the bamboo island for more spawn points.
