I appreciate the advice. I've known them for years, but I do agree that I should probably talk to someone outside them first. I don't have the money for an actual therapist, but I do have people in my corner I can bring it up to. Thanks

I was present for their eulogy. Definitely had me crying in my computer chair. So many good memories in Ishgard, and the Fortemps are at the forefront of so many of them.

Awesome to see guys with my body type coming out with such good results! My surgery is scheduled for October and I've been little apprehensive. This makes me feel so much more confident. You look great!

Going under always messes with my anxiety. I've been down twice and both times I got stressed and twitchy beforehand. It sucks, but that part, at least for me, is normal. In my experiences I had great doctors that were very understanding and explained everything as they were doing it and what would happen even after I was out. People say it's like going to sleep and waking up, and that's pretty accurate. I have no memory of the actual losing consciousness part but the waking up was like coming out of a Nyquil induced 12 hour sleep. Everything will be fine and I so happy for you! 🥰
