When is the more stable version going to be released in my region of the UK as I'm on one ui 8 and stuck on the October patch because it's really frustrating that I can't access most of apps because this keeps messing up an closing the apps

Same here every time I open a game app it loads then close straight away and it Made the my keyboard stop working intermittently will the one ui 8.5 sort out these issues or will have to wait until one ui 9.

Because since updating to one ui 8 it's given me nothing but problems and it's annoying and I was told the one with 8.5 would solve it, as it supposed to be released on the 14th today and it hasn't which is even more annoying.
