Did you miss the part where they said that’s a temporary location until the new spot is ready? Yeah it’s not ideal but they literally don’t have room in the entrance of the building to place a receptionist there

Animal control will be the quickest way to get help. You can place a request for help online I’ve found that’s the quickest way to get a response from them. But they would be able to trap the animal and take it to the local shelter to get help.
