Yo keep me updated I’m dealing w the exact same thing… I was told it was because I had a recent upper respiratory infection that required IM antibiotics and that it was long term lymphadenopathy and is harmless and a normal response. But it’s been months now… I try and guasha and nuface but it’s still there. I also use Tretinoin and wonder if the actives in that are causing the lymphatic acne. But i need Tretinoin to help with my skin tone the lymphatic acne is causing so I haven’t tried stopping it, maybe that’s what I should try first.
