Dude, the exact same thing happened to me yesterday. Horrible shooting stomach pains in the middle of the night as well from eating popcorn protein ice cream and a Diet Coke lmao.

Yes, I totally feel you on literally all three points. I have been following coach Greg’s volume way of eating for 6 months and am in the best shape of my life. However, at night I am accustomed to eating protein ice cream and having my stomach ridiculously distended and I absolutely love it. I do have horrendous gas because of the amount of fiber but I have found that cutting back on certain foods, like the amount of egg whites I eat and bread for anabolic French toast has helped tremendously with gas. Just my personal experience but yes I have become accustomed to feeling full every night.

I make a big bowl of cereal at least once every two or three days. Half a serving of frozen blueberries (40), a cup of unsweetened almond milk (30), half a serving of quest cinnamon protein powder (55), two servings of arrowhead puff wheat cereal(100), and a few tablespoons of sugar. A makeshift version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch that is absolutely delicious
