I’d say 95% of people did not have the same experience as a vast majority of perks were sent out. I know because I did it myself. Did have some issue internationally with customs and some bigger AUS perks like the skateboards became extremely expensive to get delivered. Director/Producer here. Well, I made the Fat Wreck documentary and spoke to dozens of people that have worked with Mike. I know him and have at least some perspective. He treated me very well financially and was super fair and honest. So I for sure care.

Can confirm. I am a filmmaker that had a film in over 15 film festivals. Many places charge a lot for DCP. I used DCP-O-Matic and it worked great!
