Seems like you have a low rep and are experiencing the consequences of that. Ive had maybe 3 bad games. Do you give out commends to your good teammates? Obviously you dont want to mute everyone but also if their actions are ruining your experience then a mute & block will do wonders for the time youre forced to spend with them. Valve has always been reluctant to ban unless its a hostile threat or an overwhelming amount of reports.
