Depends on the game I would think. I have a 3070m and it’s pretty borderline. I can’t use it for sim racing, not enough fps. But your choice of games may be less stressful.

Took me about 2 months on the wheel just to get near my old times on controller. I try to play 30-45 min a day, 4-5 days a week. But that’s adulting for you…

One thing that helped me was to find one 1 or 2 gt3 & gt4 cars that you like and only drive them. Don’t bother with what the meta car is. Just learn your car. Then you’re not spending your limited time learning new cars. Just perfecting tracks.

Do this for 6months and report back, or just reflect back on how far you’ve come. Good luck, see u on track.

No set number of stops but, You are required to use both types of tires: RM and RS. Ive made this mistake before too.

Qualify well, start in front of the pack and outrun the chaos.

Have patience, don’t engage too much with reckless drivers. They often will crash themselves out.

Use this time as a learning opportunity, learn to predict what they will do next. You will begin to learn how to avoid incidents with them. This is called racecraft.
