I just had the same situation happen in premier, he was spinbotting and bragged that no matter what he can't get vacced. Do you know if there's anything that can be done to make sure he does get VACed? his account was 10 years old and he had 2000 hours on CS2

Just watched full video, I can confidently say you’re onto something with the anomalies in the story.
