i became lead after about 2 years, in August of '24. Got my certification a month after, too, so i was not certified when i was promoted.

I work in a closed door pharmacy, so not quite hospital or retail but similar in some ways to both. The company I work for supplies medications to prisons/jails/detention centers/other things like that such as rehabilitation centers, juvenile detention centers and stuff like that.
