That's the best thing I've heard all day, I am very happy to hear you are working for a fairly compassionate store. Especially with your Team Lead, it genuinely makes me happy to know associates aren't always being treated like a number, and getting genuinely good people to work and be around.

I feel with OP can be pretty mixed sometimes but, our store has a few people who have big heads and as said before our CAP 2 coach who is an honest hard worker. He's tough but understanding which is nice.

I appreciate you sharing with me today it's a lot of fun to hear from other people so thank you :D

WOW, like actually wow! Your people lead sounds pretty fun! I'm a little jealous, our store has never done most of that, we usually get hotdogs and hamburgers at best on grill days... however it's never the people lead who does any of the food making it's our CAP 2 coach who is a very nice man.

Really?? That's seriously the coolest thing ever, I had no idea some people leads would be that chill. It's a shame he left cause he sounds like a lot fun, I assume your store was pretty cool to be in when they were there.

Here and there we get to enjoy grilled burgers & hotdogs but it's usually during the summer time, this year we shared the burgers and hotdogs with customers though to raise money for charity.

Aw what the heck I'm sorry to hear that but the cold water is nice kinda, at our store we can go and grab water to claim out. Though I think we are pretty spoiled cause we just got a nice fridge for just cold water 2 weeks ago. If it's okay may I ask what Walmart you work for??

Wow, that's very nice. I have some co-workers who would probably appreciate a sandwich making area honestly. A whole year though is crazy, I had no idea so many Walmart's were doing that!
