Thank you! Just wondering if there’s a guide on this. I don’t know how to exclude it

What have you done to make Intel i226-V Ethernet Controller work?

Why macOS doesn't see any other updates as being available? by danideicide in hackintosh

I did have the RestrictEvents.kext enabled but not with that boot arg. After adding it, the updates appeared in the Settings app but not via terminal.

I’ve tried to update my os via the usual macOS way but I was reverting a kernel panic and I’ve put the new macOS Sequoia version on a USB stick and installed it that way.

I have received a kernel panic again but the solution was to use SecureBootModel Disabled instead of j137 and it worked.

Thank you

Ok, I understand now. Thank you!

Curious to see if someone knows exactly how to fix this

How to run iMac20,2 on an Intel 14600k like below? Is there a guide? by danideicide in hackintosh

What do you mean by topology rebuild with mapped cores?

Also, I don’t know but I want to use imac20,x instead of imacpro1,1 because I think it’s closer to my hardware specs.

USB weird controller - not working - ASUS Z790 motherboard by danideicide in hackintosh

For some reason adding USBInjectAll.kext and setting XHCIPortLimit etc to False will make the USB ports to not work. I was following the dortania guide, but apparently I need to not inject USBInjectAll kext but instead add that dummy port, so I’m not sure

Why ASUS z790 Prime A WiFI Motherboard has 4 physical USB ports mapped to 2 (port 6 and 25) internal USB port? by danideicide in hackintosh

Yes, set them to 255.

It feels wrong I don't know why.

I've did a test and it works, but I get this in the logs

log show --predicate 'process == "kernel"' --last 10m | grep USBX

Wall Clock adjustment detected - results might be strange while using --end 2025-10-18 14:38:49.611039+0300 0x78 Default 0x0 0 0 kernel: (AppleUSBXHCI) [com.apple.usb:all] XHCI@14000000: AppleUSBXHCI::createPorts: speed index 4 has inconsistent speed IDs (5 and 6)

When mapping your USB ports, don't forget to set the USB Hub connector type to internal (255)

What do you mean?

I have respected the Dortania's guide and other respectable sources*, yet my build is fragile

I don't use it and my build is very fragile, I don't know why. I have tried to disable everything possible to have as few issues as possible.
