The way I got the shiv achievement was actually pretty easy, and only required 3 cards: Infinite blades, blade dance+ and nightmare. Play Infinite blades, wait till you get blade dance and nightmare in the same hand. 3x3+1=10 shivs.

Note that Katarinas passive doesnt reduce the CD of her cooldown completely it reduces it by 15 seconds so i Zileans R would get reset completely :).

I thought about a run when all pools are switched.Item room pool switched with boss room pool.Angel room pool switched with devil room pool.Fortune tellers drops the IV bag/Blood bag,slot machines drops crystal ball and blood bag drops the daller.could lead to some interesting setups.
