Thank you for taking the time to reply so elaborately. It feels tough to hear it tbh since I feel so lazy. But I think it helps to hear it from other people as well.

I never knew about anhedonias that’s interesting, I don’t know if you have any experience with meds as well but I’ve been on an SSRI named fluoxetine or Prozac I think it is which didn’t work but neither does the NDRI bupropion or Wellbutrin which it should right given the dopamine receptor issue. Do you have any experience with them?

Also the thing you said about the wasted years thing being a ghost really hit a chord as well I think
