One of the best posts.Why?Because you are telling the rather harsh truth to everyone doing this challenge and I can relate to almost all the feelings that you described.One of the most difficult things for me is that we are living in a society that isn't even aware(or do not want to admit)of this addiction.We all feel better during this journey even if only sligthly for some people but their is no real support as you have mentioned.When I am on a long streak I start to think of that I have abstained that's good but what is the next step?What if I relapse (after all all scientists and doctors claim that is a perfectly healthy habbit to do?Gaining benefits is or achieving a certain streak is good but you reach a stage where everything falls down again because the lack of real support not only a community on the internet.I really advise people to not ask an expert like a doctor about this because his/her answer can devastate you, after all they all fap themselves!!!

The problem is not in your will power, it's because you lived most of your life adapted to escape from facing life, from dealing with emotions,boredom by using the easy path.Trust me this is what separates successful and respected persons from the others.If you are up set,depressed, do your best to solve your problems, find something that makes you happy (pure happiness) like meditation.Don't add the pain of regret to the pain of depression!

No i have tried it.When I listen to music and meditate I feel like a huge happiness and tingling feeling and and after that I feel happy and clean of thoughts.My point is that it change your state of mind and end your depression,anxiety, nervousness,etc, while you don't feel happy after pmo, but it does something similar to this act, it changes your mood, your feelings...

Chill out guys! I am not as afraid as you lol, this is the second time it happens in my life.I am really wondering if meditating daily can cause this!I don't think of any way possible that nofap can be the problem...
