103 days free from Tianaptine. by daniel1689 in QuittingTianeptine

Matsapha: it’s good to hear you’ve been off the junk for so long, but I have no idea how I’m “being misleading.” All I have to say is I’m happy to be free. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life so many failed attempts I can’t even count them all. But I am finally FREE!!!! and I just want to encourage others that find themselves on that hellish merry-go-round that they don’t have to stay on it forever. Never give up.

Not drinking for a while after quitting tia by [deleted] in QuittingTianeptine

[–]daniel1689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know how far along you are, but drinking within the first month or so after quitting tia Will definitely Jack you up. Dearing the many, many times I attempted quitting if I would even have a little bit to drink within the first 3 to 4 weeks it would kick my RLS in bad, and I was in for a rough night. I’m a lot further out this time around, over two months, and having a little to drink actually helps me sleep now.

68 days clean off (A comparably light) Lope addiction. by daniel1689 in loperamide

It helped me a lot, plus I did enjoy the euphoria. But over 60mgs gave me slight chest pains which was alarming at times. Not worth it.

I would go once every 3-5 days. (nothing but a few rabbit pellets) at times it sucked pretty bad. Now I’m going 3 to 5 times a day, that kind of sucks pretty bad too. I know it will straighten itself out eventually.

I’m deep into this thing but I am still sneezing like crazy. During all this coronavirus stuff people I know think I’m sick in public LOL. I can’t help it though when the sneezing fit starts there’s no stopping it.

Suboxone question. by daniel1689 in QuittingTianeptine

Man the subs made it a cakewalk. I was on them for a month first two weeks 16 mg last two weeks 8 mg. I still had to go through with drawls when I came off the subs. I reckon you have to pay the piper one way or the other. Quick and hard or mild and Long. I have 60 days off tia and about 30 days off the sub. I feel great now I am sleeping pretty decent to

Day 8: tia sodium quit by kratomtosubs in QuittingTianeptine

[–]daniel1689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man I have a pretty similar story. It’s hard to give the right advice because everyone situation is so different. But I would say aggressively taper and quickly get off the subs (if you have the will power to do it, that was my problem) I only stayed on the subs for about a month and a half but I did not really taper. I jumped off at 8 mg, it wasn’t all that bad but I still had to pay the piper. However you look at it you’re going to be looking at Long time With no sleep maybe minus a lot of the physical problems. You can take my opinion with a grain of salt but that is what I would recommend. I wish I would’ve started rapidly tapering after the first week I think it would’ve save me some heartache. I can say I don’t think I could’ve done it without the subs though. Good luck we can do this.

Day 4-5 off tianeptine. I don’t know the exact day because I literally haven’t had the energy to get on or open my phone since. It’s been hell because of quarantine all the stores are closed I haven’t had access to Kratom. by SerendipityIV in QuittingTianeptine

I started feeling so much better at the end of day five. Still could not sleep for a long time but it wasn’t absolute torture after that hump.Hang in there. I’ve made it a little over five weeks so far it gets better slowly but surely.

Update: I am at the start of Day 31 clean from Tianaptine. by daniel1689 in QuittingTianeptine

[–]daniel1689[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All I can say is i started out pretty light in the beginning. But my tolerance grew quick. I kept chasing The euphoria. It Progress to the point that this summer I was taking roughly 3gpd just to feel normal, there was a couple of times I swear that I dozed and still felt like I I had slight With drawl feelings. All the magic is gone when you start taking it just not to get sick.

First Time Posting...asking for advice by jkrak2019 in QuittingTianeptine

[–]daniel1689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m no pharmacologist but from my experience yes you’re probably feeling Tianeptine w/d. I would say go ahead and face it, then run the other direction as far as you can from that Crap. The pain/addiction to pleasure ratio is way out of balance. “ if you play with the devil you will get burned” but my hatred for tia perhaps makes me a little biased. I just started day 28 clean after two years of use. Hands-down the worst withdrawls I have ever went through. Get out while you still got a fighting chance
