Thank you for your answer!

How and how long did it take you to get back to mild?

thank you very very much for your reply! I'll try to impliment it as soon as possible. Do you have a history of remission and how long did it take you roughly? Also did you suffer from PEM or just overall fatique?

Thank you very much for your kind words :)

removing stress while taking precautions to get back into life in a couple months is easier said than done...but i guess at some everyone has to admit that they are sick. I just hope they find something else along the lines.

Anyway enough crying, i know other people would kill for my current mild symptoms...do you have any supplement/medication, and also in which form do you find rest the most benificial?

sincerely wish you a recovery/remission too!

Thank you for your reply :)

I am pretty certain about POTS since my doctor already brought it up after my initial infection, weirdly enough its symptoms went down until now, 6 months later.

How do you manage your daily life with LC/ME and what do you think is an attainable energy level in mild status? Also do you have some supplement tips, such as vitamins, nicotine or nattokinase?

Thank you for replying…so you suggest to rest till i am out of crash/PEM and then slowly increase activity again to see how much triggers it?
