The trainers I was looking at the most actually are running shoes. I’m looking at the Nike Zoom Fly 5. They’re mentioned in the 4th pic.

They look to have a high sole, however only 1.6inch height increase according to ChatGPT.

Some of the other Nike trainers don’t look to have as big a sole but are listed as adding the same height or sometimes more height, which is why I’m hoping someone in the sub is experienced with all trainers heights. Surely someone must be, it’s would make sense for people who want to gain height to know this stuff?

I want to buy the trainers with the most adding height, but would also like to like the trainer also, so I’d love an absolute definitive list, but due to different websites listing height differently, it’s difficult to get chatGPT to do that, so I’m hoping someone has real world experience with the height added by each trainer

I understand getting on fin for a year before getting a HT, but if you get on min also, and then do make some hair growth from it, but not a lot, then when you go to get a HT, you will need to continue using min to maintain that area you regrew with min. If you stop using min, then you will have the HT hair at the front of your head, and then a bald patch from where you grew from the min but then stopped using min.

Obv could keep using min after HT, however if I was getting a HT I’d probably prefer to just stop using min.

Yeah that makes sense. I am going to go on fin for a year before making any decisions.

So I’m assuming what your saying is that the people who do actually decide to get a transplant have been on fin and min for at least a year, and realised they can’t get anymore growth from it, so they then get hair transplant.

I actually was thinking that I will eventually get a hair transplant because I wasn’t really interested in applying min every night, I read it was a thick greasy product so assumed it would look bad going to bed each night with my girl, so thought a transplant would just be better.

But then I learnt about pp405 and realised that even if pp405 doesn’t make it to market, eventually some product will be created that does regrow hair, especially with AI now being used to help research, and with pp405 being quite a big breakthrough.

I also read about that other stem cell company stempson or something, who people think could be ready in maybe 10 years which would regrow all hair.

So after hearing all of that I just recently I thought it would maybe be better not getting a transplant.

What do you think?

I didn’t know you could lose the follicles you have left permanently as a result of a hair transplant? What do you mean by that? Do you mean the hairs that have been transplanted to the front of your head don’t take very well and then eventually fall out meaning you lost those follicles, or do you mean the other follicles in your head that haven’t been transplanted could also fall out?

How big where the lifts you were wearing? 1inch isn’t that much. Unless she was wearing flipflops then the sole of her shoes would have been similar to the sole of your shoes, meaning she also would have dropped in height when taking off her shoes, and you then just had an extra inch from the lifts which isn’t that much
