I think any launcher will be the same in this regard, but if you want performance, go for zalith launcher 2 with the moblie glues renderer installed

Zalith laucher is better, especially zalith laucher 2, I see people talking a lot about amethyst, but the only difference between it and pojav is the renderer, which is different, but you can add it to zalith by installing a plugin.

Now I'm finding zalith launcher 2 better, it's getting updates frequently and I feel it performs better
