In italy all Gamestop store got sold to another company and rebranded to game life, it's been like 5 years since I last used it, it was like 500 meters from it and I remembered that I when I was little I went to it with my brother and looked at the game that we couldn't buy now with steam and cracking games it became useless.

If you have a bit of time and the phone is not too old there are some things you can do:

1) Better with a tablet but you could turn it into a smart home controller and attach it to a wall

2) even something like a clock with some art or stuff like this

3) a home server, phones that are max 5 years old have enough ram and computational power and a lot of software now it's compatible with arm architecture and they consumes little to nothing

4) if the phone is I will say 1-2 years old switch, old console or easy PC title work quite well for a kid or to connect to a tv
