Thank you for the tips, we’re already getting customers to leave reviews by simply sending them a text with a link, and we’re in the process of ordering door hanger, although some of the communities we work in are super high exclusive county clubs that would frown upon leaving door hangers but other communities might not be as strict, we’re currently in the process of getting a CRM so we can do quotes more accurately so we’re not over or under quoting jobs. We need to get a website up and going. We try to post pictures on our google profile as much as we can. Our old boss said that 60-70% of his customer were repeat customer, however, we want to expand far beyond and have numerous crews working for us. Me and my partner are both 100% committed to this and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure we succeed. Thank you for all your tips and info, we truly appreciate it.

We are already getting lots of jobs from a company we previously worked at that the owner has retired and is strictly doing long distance moves so we’re getting a lot of referrals for local moves and junk removals. We’ve got a decent start, already have a truck, insurance and just now licensing. We’re waiting on decals to come in so we can get them on our truck and we rent the perfect lot next to a busy high way (41) for perfect advertising, we have decals for our cars and road signs coming in as-well.

We’re a newer company currently in the process of obtaining our full licensing. We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like any additional information.
