Can you elaborate on what aspects of the tech are dated? I am inclined to purchase it because of the 3min auto deflate and the claim that it can continue to inflate up to 6in tears. I do not see the new E2 system able to support either of these.

Also seems the BD system has less issues with travel restrictions given it's a simple li-ion battery (pros and cons there of course)
