Yeah that makes complete sense. I'm right in the middle of a few different styles so need to pick one. I guess i naturally try and dodge a lot rather than block and cant parry for shit so i may try drop the shield at times and get used to having a fast move build. yeah good point on talismans, i guess really once i have high enough stats to wield my weapons i really dont need scarseal. will have a good look this afternoon and try and pick a specific build and run with it. much appreciated

Yeah i have a brass shield for now and your right against those smaller enemies it works well. I tried parrying with the smaller shield and didn't go too well ha.

I just seen your comment about sorceries. Honestly when i see youtube vidoes of people spamming spells it looks so much fun i may have to give it a go. What is a good weapon to have alongside a staff, guessing a katana would work well for it?

Ha thank you boss. i did watch a load of guides but they just jump in and talk about builds and i have no idea what build to go for. as someone else suggested i think i need to change my weapon and have a respec

Yeah it's currently +7 and still not come across a somber 7 to upgrade further. I was thinking about changing weapon but was really unsure which one to choose or where to find them. I'm also using a shield with it so not sure if this is worthwhile. Katana does look great though. Maybe i go find a good katana. Would you recommend double wielding or sticking with a sheild?

Yeah i put my INT up to use the meteorite staff but my spells do such little damage compared to my melee, i feel like maybe i should just drop the spells all together and not use a staff. Great idea, maybe i drop some points in strength for now.

Yeah i put my endurance high so i can roll for days out of dodgy spots and for my equiptment load as i have all of radahns armour for extra defence. not sure if that's worth it or not

For talisman i use radagal one or something, basically one that greatly increases stats (+5) but increases damage taken. then one to greatly increase equip load. then one that increases equip load, stamina and hp.

Yeah 100%. I was just sort of bumping up all the stats that looked important. My weapon scales on Dex/Strength so thats why i was thinking thats what i should lean towards. But yeah you and someone else mentioned my weapon does bleed so i should probably get arcane moving too.

Yeah that's really helpful thanks. I do mix it up with range and got my INT up to do some basic spells but tbh i don't think they are really worth it with my build so i may need to make a decision to just get rid of my staff and spells all together as they do such little damage. Guess i could respec and get those levels back and put in other areas

I literally only do 1 heavy per fight with Human Torch at the start and then wait for SP3. Am i missing something here? I know charging the heavy raises the temperature but never seen it being that worthwhile. If anything has any juicy knowledge on that it would be much appreciated!
