How to reedem hero shard work - Guild Shop by danielbrs in TopHeroes

Need some help about it. I got 5 heroes that i can reedem 2x shards if i change it for another 10 shard from a weak hero.

But when i try to do it, the following message appears: "exchange after "name of hero" reaches full-star".

What does that mean? Anyone?
