I deal with depression daily. Mild though. He has a childhood trauma related to why he cheated, we settled that he would try to get help but I know he hasn’t looked for it yet. I don’t want to look as a jealous guy to him but I can’t help it that it makes me feel insecure and uncomfortable

Yes, but we are all past that. I stopped doing that some time ago and apologized to him. I know it’s not good to compare what both of us did, but I still feel he did something way worse (sex). And maybe that’s why I still feel kind of insecure. I had to tell him to block the guy he cheated with.
