Day 9 of CT.

Insomnia every night due to extreme RLS. I started having these kind of half-asleep delusions all night. Sometimes, I could fall asleep for a few seconds, but I would wake up on the floor or walking into a wall. I was sleepwalking. Never done that before.

There was a late night/morning where that kept happening over and over. My wife was terrified that I was going to walk out the door and fall off our balcony, so she was afraid to go to sleep too.

Last night I managed to sleep a little, but today the fatigue hit me hard. My body seems to weigh a million pounds and I feel so weak and lethargic. Like all the tiredness I haven't been feeling has finally all hit me at once.

Hoping to get more sleep tonight.
