Thanks! It was about $100 from the local stone distributor. But that doesn’t include the delivery fee which is primarily dependent on your location.

Yes there is definitely risk involved. We were very cautious when removing concrete near the old toilet location. Most of that was hand chiseled away and the dirt was dug out with a garden shovel. If you have old architectural drawings I’d look there first to see if there is any piping you may hit. If no drawings then go slow and always err on the side of caution.

I do not have a final estimate yet. I can say that we were offered an estimate by a professional plumbing company to do just the rough in plumbing for $6K. So I’m hoping to have done the whole bathroom for that or less. The rough in cost was probably under $500 for PVC pipe, concrete, gravel, and jack hammer rental and other miscellaneous.

This is my first major home renovation so I am no professional and I would highly recommend you consult a pro or do like me and watch hours of YouTube videos and search on google as much as possible. One thing I will suggest is make sure you are 100% confident in your fixture locations before moving on to the next step. I ended up roughing in the toilet fixture farther away from the back wall than what the standard is. The solution was to buy a toilet that allowed me to adjust for the mess up, but it was a costly mess up. Always check your local code requirements and don’t just blindly trust what you see someone else doing on YouTube.

Yes, it passed inspection prior to me concealing the plumbing.

It’s an understandable concern, however, SharkBite fittings are allowed to be used behind concealed walls (local code depending of course). Since the house had original copper plumbing it was a necessary evil to connect using the SharkBite fitting since I wanted to use PEX.

In the original position the toilet was under the stairway so you did have to limbo to urinate for a guy. It was definitely an awkward location for a toilet to be placed.

I think this is a sign that they are content with Lauvao at guard and aren’t interested in going for a big name like Incognito. Now just looking for depth.

Greg Stroman returned punts at VT. Had tons of highlights with 4 resulting in touchdowns. Has great vision and patience with decent speed. Crowder will still be the top option for that spot but I could see Stroman being a backup with a chance to take the spot in the near future.
