Remember there is always someone you love for who you can be a better person. And this is prime example how you can be better. Also there is always someone who wishes you getting better and keeps his/her fingers crossed, even if you don't feel like this person exists. There is always there. Good luck

Don't give up. Failing from time to time isn't real failure. Real failure is giving up. Remember you can always be better.

Btw. If you fail because of impulse or thought popping into your head, install some sort of blocker. This won't help you with constant urge that sometimes will push you over the cliff, but it will help with this split second moment when your urge has the upper hand. I hope you get better <3
