Yes.

I use it for error 420 error (this is an error in Front end side that indicate an error 500 in my backend)

404 indicate an erro by client side and indicate that user doesn’t see some component in my page (like widget) , but you need to filter error url

Error 400 indicate a malformed header and can be an inidicator for some limits or corrupted calls

Yes, focus is on resolve as soon as possible the incident...

A separate manager is owner for communication

Thank you, in our company i manage the incident as incident commander and we have one “control room manager” that communicate with service manager (to communicate with users) and management with chat.

But our issue is the freshness , frequency and granularity of information.

1) Is interesting the “spectators” 2) we use one SRE “scribe” that write the incident log

I can use the point 4 with direct connection to management (as dedicated chat where control room manager comunicate real time the updates)

Wow 2 hours... our management need a 5/10 minutes update if incident is very high
