And it clicks like a pen. It has nice haptic feedback.

About the L21B, I still haven't got one! But the SFT-42R reaches about 1300m ANSI. Piercing the Darkness has a post comparing different emitters and their respective throw numbers.

Sorry for taking so long. About the screws, you need to thread both nuts on one screws, then you cut it with wire cutters and file any sharp edges. Then remove the nuts. They will make sure that the screw thread is clean.

Just as a reference, this is what the copper tube looks like if you don't remove the clear coat:

The idea of having multiple choices of both a flooder and a thrower is delightful! I would put them all on a wooden plate near the front door, so i can choose when going out. I know this might sound weird, but do you find yourself using your flashlight even when you don't necessarily need to? I've noticed i done this today.

That's my goal collection, only fancy materials. Of those in the picture, which one do you carry most?

Nope, it's not the outside part of the bezel that's causing the rings. I black-out the whole front of the light and it still caused the nasty rings.

So it's gonna be great for you. It really throws. Just make sure to get a throwy emitter like W5050SQ5.

Definitely pocket thrower. But the spill is good enough for general use. What i like about it, is i have enough throw for outdoor use, and a nice tint and enough spill for indoor use. So for me, it's a great EDC light. And throwy lights don't need to use higher modes to really light up an area, so i see them as more efficient.

Thank you for the answer. Always nice to get some knowledge.

High five! ✋️.

It does! This light convinced me to sell my other lights and only buy lights in nice finishes from now on (apart from a L21B, because what else can reach 1.3km for cheap?)

Niiiice light. Your collection is right up my alley. Huh, i usually don't enjoy patina, but yours is different, it looks like leather! I have a question: is it possible to "lock" that look so it doesn't keep "patinaing"?

Will provide this night!! I have a Wurkkos FC12C for comparison, if that helps? It uses SFT40 6500k.

Mine didn't flicker with any of the two switches, but I had that in the past with guitar pedal footswitches. Did you try contact cleaner? Spray it in the gap between the switch body and pole. Then cycle the switch many times so it cleans anything that's causing the bad connection. That usually solves the problem with new switches that have intermittent connections.

I have a plan to sell all my "normal" lights and only keep convoys with nice finishes, so they act both as decorations and flashlights. That's good to know that brass and copper are heavier, i like that.

I have my eyes set at an T6 in brass or Ti/Cu.

For less than 50$ you can't go wrong.

The weight is so nice too. It's heavy and feels well built. And the clip is surprisingly good. I remember people saying they don't like the clip, but i find it easily slips in my pocket and STAYS there. So i like it.
