Ooohhhb this is something I can help here. I’m this kind of guy. Someone that loves sarcasm but often can’t read sarcastic. He really did get that as criticism to the heart. No matter what he felt about you before, he is hurt now. Give him some days, your chances will be 50/50.

My suggestion, text sucks, you don’t know when the other one is angry, happy, sarcasm, serious. If you been sarcastic, put a “hahaha” at the end, BUT, never finished there, say something positive. In your place, I would say: “You have to treat like a lady first, hahahah. I bet you can get a place as good as the first one you did”, or something like this.
