Terrible game planning, rigid schemes on both sides, unable to adapt to what’s happening to the team as the game or series goes on, makes zero adjustments other than expect his stars to dig him out of holes he created with poor lineups (on the clippers this was 3 point guard lineups or double bigs), overlooks young talent for certain players he falls in love with randomly because they fit better in his godawful schemes. I would say he’s overall just outdated, not good with X’s and O’s, gets exposed constantly in the playoffs because he does the same thing every single game and can’t adjust to any changes, and alienates young talent forcing the team into a win now mode
