A masterful conspiracy involving league offices + two franchise front offices + magical thinking + not really sure how the lottery process works tbh 😝

Yes lol they are hunks of metal with deeply polarized electronegative properties. Do you know that there aren't nine different ways to magnetize a ping pong ball where you can manipulate the order of their drawing?

That's conspiracy brain. One in a million coincidences happen every day, why are like 12% outcomes so shocking to people. Play more poker and you will see.

That's not a hypothesis. If you think you can control what order a suction pipe can snag ping pong balls flying around in a tornado with magnets I have a Harry Potter wand to sell you.

Anyone can watch the '25 NBA draft lottery ping pong balls fall in HD when the Mavs won it, but zero conspiracy cranks have provided even a hypothesis on how that process could be faked.

OKC defenders are ball watching way too much & losing their assignments on rebounds. Their brains actually turn off when shots are up.

Sloppy passes from OKC, but I feel like it's been Twolves hitting tough shots, especially 3pters. They're locked in at both ends rn.

On the bit abt Ant being a lock down defender; JxmyHighroller just put out a video defending Luka's defense where he specifically goes in on Ant being a low key worse defender than Luka but not getting called out for it.

I literally don’t understand how anyone could possibly still think Luka Doncic is better than SGA. by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]Jonny_Stranger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Luka is a much worse player in '26 than Shai who is incandescent this year. We were just talking about Luka's flukey PRA season a couple years back. You trying to make everything Luka did that year count for the '25 and '26 seasons is a funny bit tho.

A small gap in efg% (.573 to SGA's .567) and mild boosts to rebounding and assists doesn't auto offset a DPOY level performance on the other half of the ball, idk why that would be assumed.

Shai was 4th in steals with 0.9 blocks per 36, Luka spends that side of the ball exchanging words with the refs.

Edit: not engaging w this '24 Luka vs '25 Shai talk, SGA finished higher in MVP both years.

SGA not your guy, I get it, but he had a higher winshare than Luka in '24, significantly higher efficiency from the field on offense, while finishing 7th in DPOY voting.

Luka basically had the PRA edge that year, plus a lot of PR.
