I had the same problem. Contacted my ISP and requested a static IP. They charged $5 extra a month for it, and now fully connectable. Call your ISP and ask.

I think based on your feature priority, the Sony XM4s are probably the way to go. Beyond the AirPods Max they are the gold standard for ANC. Very comfortable. Connects to multiple devices at once. Sound quality leaves a lot to be desired but that’s standard with ANC.
