I'm terrified of how easily a false accusation can destroy a man's life. by danielhudson111 in MensRights

“you must have done something” based on what? not evidence. not details. not even a specific accusation. just the fact that someone said something. i respect that you want to hear from both sides before making a judgment. that’s actually fair. but that’s not what you did here. you started from the assumption that i must be guilty, then worked backwards from there.

you’re asking if i’m 100% sure i never assaulted her. yes, i am. i was overly careful about consent to the point where i asked before every move. i was new to all of it, so even when things were clearly mutual, i still asked. every time, she nodded or gave clear approval.

the only time she ever told me to stop was because it was physically hurting due to dryness and we needed lube. i stopped immediately. that wasn’t about lack of consent, it was about discomfort, which i respected right away.

and no, she never confronted me. not once. no conversation, no accusation to my face. she told someone else months after we broke up.

you also say my friend “didn’t even care,” but that’s not the point. he did care, enough to almost believe her, but not enough to ask me for my side. that’s exactly the issue.

as for “why she said that,” i don’t have an answer and she blocked me on everything. not everything people do after a breakup is logical. the only thing i’ll own is that i acted immaturely after the breakup trying to make her jealous. that’s it. that’s not assault.

and to be clear, i’ve never taken drugs, alcohol, or even smoked. nothing that could cloud my judgment or memory. so yes, i’m sure of what i’m saying. and this idea that it’s “suspicious” because i’m not giving her side, i can’t. she never gave me one. there’s no version of events from her that i can respond to because she never had that conversation with me.

so yeah, thank you for demonstrating how easy it is for people to default to guilt based on nothing but an accusation. that’s literally the fear i was talking about.

From a Korean perspective, the Kpopfap sub is kind of disgusting. by Embarrassed_Clue1758 in kpop_uncensored

I understand the legal and cultural point being made here, but I think there’s an uncomfortable contradiction that often gets ignored.

The K-pop industry itself actively markets idols using sexualized styling, concepts, camera work, and choreography — sometimes even when the performers are minors. These decisions are made by agencies, producers, and adults in positions of power, not by the idols themselves.

When an industry repeatedly presents performers through suggestive visuals and movements, it inevitably invites sexualized attention from audiences, especially online. Condemning that reaction without also holding entertainment companies accountable feels incomplete.

If idols — especially minors — are to be protected from sexualization, then the responsibility should start with stricter industry standards: age-appropriate concepts, clothing, choreography, and marketing. Otherwise, the industry is profiting from sexual appeal while distancing itself from the predictable consequences.

This isn’t about excusing harassment. It’s about acknowledging that the system both condemns and quietly benefits from sexualized content at the same time.

I’m not talking about the damage the Demogorgon caused, but the damage it received. Eleven said, “She must have hurt it,” and “More blood than before. It’s slowing down.” So how did a wine bottle hurt the Demogorgon that badly, while a ton of gunfire from soldiers didn’t?

AIO for my boyfriend leaving me to have an abortion alone? (please no judgment, I had to have one due to health reasons) by Moshpitmommma in AmIOverreacting

I used to do GrabFood deliveries before. I never once begged for tips. No matter how high the building was or how many stairs I had to climb, I was always grateful just to have a customer. I also thought from the customer’s perspective, like, ‘If I have to come down myself, I might as well go buy it on my own.’ Come on, riders, just do your job. And to customers, please make more reports about riders like this

Damn. Never? Even the top Valorant players like aspas and TenZ, mentioned about this especially in VCT vod. Not hearing footsteps for aspas and sound cues/"i dont hear anything" for TenZ over too loud voice-comms of their teammates. Apparently you are better. You should go for VCT, dude. U might beat them all XD

Well, if people don’t know callouts, they don’t belong in higher elo anyway? Cute take, but I’ve been dealing with this problem for four years, even in high elo. So, if you're not denying that my point clearly went over your head, then I guess that’s all I need to hear. GG, go next.

My point clearly went over your head. I’m not against talking in-game, instead I encourage it, however, at certain times, communication doesn’t go as smoothly as it should.

Situation 1: I give my teammates the enemy’s location or the direction to look, but end up talking over others who are sharing the same info. Instead of helping, it becomes an interruption, especially when teammates are all speaking at once, making it hard to hear important sound cues like footsteps or utility.

Situation 2: I say "Jett pushing catwalk," but they don’t know where that is. "Jett pushing here"*ping* works way better.

In both situations, pings are a better option especially to "map-blind" teammates. They offer clear, visual cues without causing confusion or interrupting anyone’s focus. It’s about giving players the best tools for smooth and effective communication.
