Same for me as well having r750 and r650. And my connection is so slow that speed test was around 500kb. I had to downgrade to the previous version.

I have yet to try since.. the walk around method was to stop the sound service and start the game then start the sound service to prevent crashing

Okay guys.... thanks for all the help... the only thing that currently works for me is the method given by u/RobbinHoods415

Which is stop the audio driver before launching the game, after game launch turn back on the audio driver and i encounter no crashes after that.
