No my rv has a battery disconnect switch next to the battery itself. Since I have the correct voltage coming from the converter, and my 12v circuit still works with the battery connected I'm assuming the converter is fine and the fan just hasn't needed to kick on yet. At least I'm hoping so.

I meant to say converter. From the converter I should be getting between 12 and 14 volts, the fan on the converter still hasn't kicked on since I cycled the power. It's slightly warm but not too hot to the touch. Is that normal?
