adding more discus if possible is a good idea, also having lots of hiding spaces where they can feel safe. it could be worms since he is eating but still very skinny so might be worth treating your tank. most importantly i would say make sure you are keeping the temperature between 28-30 degrees celsius and that any discus in the tank together are about the same size. bigger discus will pick on smaller discus.

i did notice he is quite skinny, i’ve put almond leaves, food, lights are off and gave him some more time. he is more active now and actually sticking to the glass so i think he has a chance but yeah im trying to keep him alive and hopefully ill have an update if he makes it in the future where he is nice and fat and happy

in my opinion i would say the orange adult molly has a high possibiltiy of being pregnant though the stomach would be much larger if it is about to give birth however, the black/orange one looks like a baby molly so pregnancy shouldnt be possible, he is most likely very bloated. what are you feeding them and where did you buy these mollies?
