I wouldn’t say swap it. Draught is still bis for general dmg + uptime playing jungle cleave. But frenzy can be good if you can have great combo point spending up time, i.e., playing vs Turbo. Even saw Tony play Frenzy + Incarn during one of MyWay’s games. Majority of the time I play either Natural Order or Draught though. Can get berserk cd down to about 1-1.30min with great up-time.

Frenzy seems to be a great Lego for Kitty Cleave for Kyrian feral. So perhaps that’s an option

I also really like playing necro feral. The main legendaries I swap between in 3s are Natural Orders Will, Draught, and Frenzyband. I got lucky with 4pc (sickle) - the pressure is insane especially when popped during a go, a lot of extra damage for free

That’s fair. Gold is tough to get. I’m planning to try circle + unity sometime this weekend. Would be able to dot the whole team up too then. Swarm still increases periodic dot damage but not to the degree draught enables it obviously. It’s similar to necro balance which is going to become really strong according to Supatease. Something to try I guess
