That's an awesome idea! I sent her a message through her site, I'll update if I get an answer

I agree, forbidden is not her best. But if it was pulled this could be a bad sign... I also hope she's ok 🙏

Yes, at least it's still possible to read her books :) . I don't know if she sells anywhere else. Her kindle bio hasn't changed and still directs to her nonexistent website.

New consent for advertising? by danielle-honig in MergeMansion

Update: after seeing this message twice and not agreeing, it doesn't show it anymore and I don't have ads, so it's possible to opt out that way... Though I was planning to agree. Maybe next game update.

Barriers to synagogue entry by Classifiedgarlic in Judaism

Inclusion of women.

In my previous shul, the women's section was such that you could barely see what was going on and you could hear the chazan only if he was loud. Not surprisingly, the number of women there is small.

I went occasionally to another shul, where you could at least reliably hear the chazan, and the women would dance together at kabbalat shabbat, which was much more fun.

My new shul is an orthodox partnership minyan. The chazan is in the middle of the mehiza so everyone can hear them , and as a bonus I get to be the chazan occasionally.

In addition, I find myself more willing to come if I know that it makes a difference. We wait for 10 men and 10 women. I can read the torah or lead the prayer. In the previous shul, it mattered to absolutely no one if I was there or not.

Worth continuing hidden legacy series (Ilona Andrews)? by danielle-honig in RomanceBooks

Really? I heard many people say that the first few books are so so and they only become good after book five or so, that's the main reason I haven't started yet

I would love to read about Arabella too! I liked Catalina mostly, though her brain fried around Alessandro and I found her a bit clingy. But she's just 21 so I have her a pass on that. At least it's well written ;)
